HCDI’s Response to the Novel Coronavirus Outbreak
COVID-19 is a new virus that can cause a multitude of symptoms, mostly targeting the respiratory system, causing fever and coughing, tight chest, amongst many other symptoms. It can spread from an infected person when they cough, breathe, sneeze, or touch a surface that other people may touch.
Based on current information and clinical expertise, older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk of severe illness from COVID-19.
