Michelle Pascaran
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
As the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for HCDI, Michelle serves as second in command for the organization, working closely with the President & CEO to advance the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. She provides leadership and day-to-day oversight of HCDI’s various programs and leads multiple quality management teams in the development and implementation of state and national community and population health initiatives. With over 15 years with HCDI, Michelle has served in various capacities within the organization, including programs in the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, and the Department of Housing & Urban Development, to name a few. Michelle received her dual undergraduate degrees in Government and Politics and Journalism with a minor in Woman’s Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park. She is driven by her experiences as a first-generation immigrant, understanding the challenges many of the most vulnerable face. Fluent in Tagalog, her passions include experiencing adventures and cultures through her travels and spoiling her two dogs.
