These focal areas provide each participant with well-rounded knowledge to either enhance their present career or to build a new career in hospitality. This service is also provided to clients who have staff in positions but need further training for employees to go from great to excellent.

Currently, HCD International is seeking partnerships with local hotels, restaurants, and community colleges.  We train students on how to successfully pursue jobs in hospitality by utilizing a toolkit that promotes a winning customer service attitude, a well-groomed appearance, and an attitude of excellence.
